Students are learning about Healthy Eating and the importance of Regular Exercise this month. Dermot visited our school on Tuesday to begin an athletics programme with us. We had relay races, obstacle courses and even had turns throwing turbo javelins! We promised Dermot that we would drink half a pint of water every day and eat at least one piece of fruit. We had great fun and are looking forward to his return next week.
